Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable with complete amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The water pressure was great, but unfortunately, the window didn't offer any view, and there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room.
The hotel had a good size room that wasn't very clean, especially under the beds, but overall spacious, well-decorated, and very clean. The staff was always able to provide information on where we wanted to go and spoke good English, welcoming guests warmly and going out of their way to assist. The location, although in a red light district popular with the Japanese, was excellent, with easy access to transportation. The dining options were good, offering a lot of variety with non-Taiwanese food available, including home-made jams.
The hotel is tucked away in little alleyways near Zhongshan station, offering a quiet and convenient location. The rooms were quiet, and we even had one reserved for our return stay. The service was extremely polite and accommodating, providing us toothbrushes and adapters. However, the dining options were limited, especially in the buffet, but the Angus beef was a highlight.
I found the hotel to be spacious and newly renovated, but cleanliness could be improved, especially under the beds. I also felt that having an English version of the AC remote would have been more convenient. On the bright side, the service was top-notch with helpful and polite staff going out of their way to assist guests.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable, especially under the beds, and I adored the fancy Japanese toilet and nice shower equipment. The bed was large and cozy, the corner desk was convenient, and the bathroom was fantastic. The only downside was the bit of a tricky location, but overall, it was a great experience.
